Killington Mansion

The house is a mix of professionals from NY and Boston areas. Age range is 30s and 40s. There are a few couples in the house but the majority is single. Its not a party party house. Skiing/Boarding is a priority and all else is second.

Season runs over SEVEN months Oct. 26, 2007 thru June 1, 2008! The share is sold by the bed, so your bed is "your" bed for the season. No rushing up each weekend to snag a bed. Occasional long weekends and vacations can be taken at the house, but house manager should be informed. All amenities are inclusive including utilities, maid service, cable, wood etc. Placement is ONLY 2 shares per bedroom.

I try my best to place friends together, who join the house together.

Rules:

We expect maturity and mutual consideration of one another. Everyone is very friendly and very laid back & we're looking for the same. This is not a party-party house and is family friendly. We hang out - have fun, some go out - some stay home, but no after hours with crazy conga lines at 3am. People try to get up early to ski and we expect consideration of those who try to do so. There is plenty of room for guests. The house has over 13 Full/Queen Futon beds for friends and family.

Guests are welcome, but a guest fee of $30.00 per person is charged per night. Guests must be accompanied by shareholder. Midweek access arranged through House Manager. Occasional long weekends or taking a week long vacation or two up at the house is fine - coordinated through House Manager.
