We are a fun
group of friends/shares who have shared our ski house the past few years. A few
of us have owned the house 3 years now. The house
is very spacious 4000 sq. feet 3 floors 11BRS 4 Full Baths. The house is
located 2 short miles to the Mountain. Many house improvements have
been made this summer. The house was great before this. We are an even mix
of M/Fs of all ages from NY,NJ,CT & Boston. We have a mixed group
of serious skiers/boarders others come up just to get away and hangout
with friends and make new friends. A good percentage of our shares come
from our Fire Island shares houses that we have been running for the past
12 years as well as some of our neighbors from the Island. We have
shares who also are friends of ours from the Hamptons & the Jersey Shore.
We are always open to meeting up with potential friends/shares in NYC areas for
Meet & Greets at Sutton Place most Weds Dates as for our
CT/Boston friends we will be having open house on weekends in Oct/Nov.
Please come stay with us and see what we have to offer. I know you will
love our house.
(November 2nd through April 25th) Includes all household supplies, utilities,
Direct TV Premium Package & NFL Package, Wireless Internet,
Washer and dryer, Plowing, Fire wood, House Cleaning & Weekly hot tub
cleanings. Parking space is always plowed and we have many. No smoking on
the top 2 floors, Smoking allowed in the basement game room area only with
Pool table and so much more. Rooms available for Couples. Small pets
well trained allowed.
GUEST POLICY
Guest fees $129 Reg weekends EXTRA for Holidays weekends. Guests will receive a
bed and room If space is available for this fee.
If house is full fee will be reduced to $52 per night.
