When selecting a ski house, its important to evaluate the environment and dynamic of the house. You want people that you mesh well with, since you'll be spending a lot of time with them during the winter months.
- What shares are available and cost of a share?
- How big is the house? What is the bedding / maximum capacity?
- What are the Rules and By-Laws?
- Is smoking allowed? What's the guest policy?
- Who is in the House with you?
- What's the age range of members? Any photos / website for the house?
