Amenities

You’re in for a real Vermon gambrel-style home with lots of character - wide plank hardwood floors, exposed beam ceilings, and custom built ins.

• Five (5) Bedrooms, sleeping 16 in beds (not couches), most are twin bunks (sharing is not required). Towels and linens are included and will be bought new, unused, just for us!

• Open kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room with seating for 8.

• The kitchen includes: pots & pans, plates, glasses, silverware, a microwave, a toaster, coffee maker, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

• Big living room with sofas, chairs, TV/VCR/DVD/Stereo, and 2 fireplaces.

• Sliding glass door to large outdoor deck with grill(?) and hot tub.

• Downstairs game room with foosball table.

• Washer and dryer in main floor bath room. Weekly maid service, including linen service.

• Ample parking for all. Regular and "emergency" snow removal.

• Available for full weeks, not just weekends, if you are so inclined.

Beds

• Generally, beds will be available on a first come basis. But on busy weekends, beds will be assigned so that all couples, men and women can be accommodated. Ski Haus members will have priority over guests.

• The layout of beds is:

a) Upstairs MBR: 1 King, 1 Single (sleeps 2-3)

b) Upstairs BR1: 1 Double, 1 Twin Bunkbed (sleeps 3-4)

c) Upstairs BR2: 1 Twin Bunkbed (sleeps 2)

d) Main Floor BR3: 1 Twin Bunkbed, 1 Loft Double (sleeps 3-4)

e) Downstairs BR4: 2 Twin Bunkbeds (sleeps 4)

Smoking

• The Ski Haus is non-smoking. Please use the deck or the front stoop.

Children

• Parents will be held responsible for any damage/cleaning that result from having the children in the house.

No Pets

• You are responsible, but we can help facilitate… there are several individuals with cars already signed up for the Ski Haus. If accepting a ride, please be considerate of the drivers schedule and also offer to pay for gas and tolls!

• Plenty of parking spots are available at the Ski Haus. The driveway will be plowed regularly.
