Seth's Place Share House
Directions - The house is within walking distance to shops and
restaurants, and on the free shuttle bus route to Okemo mountain,
about 2 miles away. The house is also about a 20 minute drive from Killington mountain, and also within an hour of Stratton and Mount Snow. There are a variety of cross-country ski places, sledding areas, snowmobile trails, and ice skating areas nearby as well.

The house is available from November 15 to April 15th in the village of Ludlow, Vermont. Our group is mixed, lesbian,
gay and straight.

Amenities

The cost for a full share is $1200, which includes rent, heat, plowing, and utilities.

You will have access seven days a week for the entire season. The house sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, plus has 2 pullout couches, so it can accommodate a maximum of 12. People who have a full share will be able to bring guests, when there is room, for a small fee, which will go to the overall house costs. One of our house members has a dog (a very cute standard poodle) who will be there some of the time.
