The Rules

The house owners love their house and have set up some rules. We reserve the right to remove any shareholder should they not abide by the rules. The House Managers act in the absence of the house owners and manage the house.

Guest Policy

We will not allow any guest to stay at the house for more than seven (7) weekends per season. Children guests are limited to five (5) weekends per season. Half shareholders are considered guests for their non-assigned weeks (weekends or mid-weeks) and must abide by this Guest Policy. Guest requests are on a first come, first serve (space available) basis. A check must be sent to and made out to the the house managers, when you wish to lock in your guest space. Guest space will not be considered confirmed until the house managers receive your check. The check is refundable if your guest is replaced or adequate notice is given (the house managers are reasonable but not showing up is not considered adequate notice and you/your guest will forfeit the fee if they have turned away other guest requests). The house managers send out e-mails to the members WEEKLY to determine the allocation of guest beds. Failure to respond may result in reduced guesting privileges for you/your guests. Please respond to these e-mails as soon as you know whether or not you are coming. Please unmake your bed if you know you will not be at the house the following weekend (this applies to full shares also). Every effort will be made to leave a bed made; however if guest space is required, bedding will be removed and should be placed in a plastic bag in the appropriate room's closet. Guest fees are to be paid BEFORE OR DURING your guest's stay. Checks can be left in both houses and will be collected at the end of every weekend. Guest fees should be made payable to the house managers. Off-weekend half share members are subject to the same guest fee as guests irregardless of whether they have skipped the previous or following weekend(s). Unused mid-week days cannot be used to offset this fee.
