(every other weekend plus weekday use)
includes security, cleaning, basic supplies, firewood, plowing, cable,
local phone,trash removal, etc.

Great
social fun group of late 20s/30s mixed skiiers/boarders of all abilities
from NY/NJ/Conn and 1 from Boston! We like to hit HH and of course the
Pickle Barrel at night! (Unless there's a really good band at the
Wobbly!)
House
runs from Nov. 1, 2004 to April 30, 2005 - 6 months. November and April
are open months (except for Thanksgiving w/e) which means you can come
up anytime - just let the house manager know in advance.

shares per w/e. Assigned weekends once everyone is paid in full. House
sleeps 17, so there will be a couple beds for guests. Switching is
permitted, but you must let the house manager know in advance so
sleeping arrangements can be made.
Guaranteed 2 holiday w/e's of the "big 4" - Thanksgiving, New Year's,
MLK, & Prez Day
No
weekend guest fees. Guests are permitted up 3 times only (each). You
must let the house manager know in advance if you are bringing up a
guest.
