It’s a
duplex that was recombined into a single house. The landlords just renovated the
downstairs bathroom and made other improvements. It is close to the action at
Charity's and the Pickle Barrel. It has a great view of a marsh and mountains, a
small yard and the way the driveway gets plowed creates a small jump every
winter.

We have the
house for well beyond the length of the season, from Nov 1 through May
31, a total of 30 weekends. We’re selling 1/3 shares (10 min weekends)
at $795. The house sleeps up to ten persons and we’re scheduling
around 6 persons per weekend. Swapping weekends with other people is
fine, just keep us informed. There will be plenty of guest space (4+
persons per week). The house schedule will have allot of scheduling
flexibility this year. It’s going to RULE.

House Guidelines
All
share houses have a few rules and most are common courtesy but it never hurts to
remind.
BRING
UP YOUR OWN BEDDING.
Clean up kitchen after use (this includes load/unloading the dishwasher and
throwing out
old food in the fridge). The fridge will be cleaned out at the end
of the week.
Help move the trash outside every now and again.
All members can store their skis/snowboards downstairs.
NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Texas No-Limit Hold ‘Em Poker is the house game of choice.
Shares
may switch weekends with another share without paying additional fees upon
notification
to Kevin and Frank. This is a weekend share house, if you intend to stay during
the week, please
let us know.
Guest Policy
Guests
are welcome and encouraged. In order to be fair to the share holders who shell
out big
bucks to enable the season rental of the house, it is agreed by all to collect
from each non-member
who stays over for a night. The Guest fees are $50 per night.
If any
shares are not utilizing their beds any particular weekend, they will be
assigned to guests.
The couch is an emergency sleeping location. If you know in advance that you
will not be using
your bed for a particular weekend please let us know! (These guest fees pay for
plowing, cable, heat etc.)
Please
contact us if there are weekends you intend to bring guests.
It will
be first alerted, first served!
Weekends
may be swapped between shares, but cannot be substituted by guests. If you
cannot
make a weekend, we have a message board and mailing list set up that you can use
to trade your
weekends. Also, if the house is not full on any weekend, you are welcome to make
up any weekends
you may have missed.
