Founded -- September 2002
Our goal is to maximize the amount of quality skiing of our
club members and create a friendly atmosphere with a year-round
agenda of
adventurous and social activities. In short, we like to have fun...
Our Membership is mostly between the ages of 25-45, single, and live throughout
New York, New Jersey and Connecticut...
The club was founded in 2002 as the "Renegades" ski
club, but was quickly renamed the Diamond Dogs to honor
Larry Sumaya,
one of the
original "Diamond Dogs" who left us on Sept 11th, 2001. We miss him!
.
We strive to create a democratic environment where everyone's input is solicited
and appreciated.
We do have a minimum age requirement of 21 for members, and 18 to participate in
group trips. Teenagers (13-17) may attend
overnight trips if accompanied by a
parent or legal guardian. Be warned, your innocent children will be exposed to
adult behavior.
